How to Submit Your Cards

Step 1
Take a picture/scan that shows your card clearly and vertically. You can use a scanning app or the camera in the notes app (iPhone only).
Step 2
Make sure the card fits into one of the categories listed in the google form, if it is a category that isn't listed, click other and write your theme.
Step 3
Make sure all the information in the form is filled and that your cards picture quality is good. Press submit at the end.
